The LIT – Leibniz Institute for Immunotherapy (Foundation under Civil Law) researches and develops new immunotherapies for the treatment of tumors, autoimmune diseases, and transplant rejections.

 

The LIT - Leibniz Institute for Immunotherapy is seeking to support the working group 

"Nucleid Acid Technologies" (led by Professor Katharina Höfer) with a

Student Research Assistant (WHK) (m/f/d)



– starting immediately for approximately 34 hours per month, limited to 7 months.

Main tasks:

  • RNA preparation and analysis
  • Protein purification
  • Cultivation of bacteria and expression of proteins

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology / Biotechnology or equivalent
  • Experience in molecular biology e.g. RNA biology or protein biochemistry
